Ana leads the charge for 500 Startups' presence in Miami. She is passionate about working with great founders, Latin America, social and environmental impact, and dancing (classic and jazz, in addition to club dancing of course). 500 Startups is a global platform that invests in and accelerates tech-enabled startups. 500 also supports the entrepreneurial ecosystem through mentorship and speaker sessions, investor education programs, corporate innovation services, and other community-building events.
Previous to 500, Ana spent 4 years at New Ventures, developing the impact investing field in Latin America, by leading investment and acceleration programs for social and environmental companies throughout the region. Ana started her career at The Boston Consulting Group, where she worked with clients in Private Equity, financial services and non-profit sectors. Ana holds an MBA from Columbia Business School with honors and a Bachelor in International Business from Tec de Monterrey with honors.

District Governor Official visit

The Board of Directors will meet with the Governor before the meeting. The 'official visit' to your club by the District Governor. The purpose of this Governor's visit is to address the club regarding Rotary International and the district's goals, objectives, and issues that are important to the club and its membership. You are encouraged to invite spouses to attend this meeting.
